Work Experience/Education points

Hey guys, I'm Scottish and did an engineering apprenticeship here in Scotland and obviously I need to send the certificates away to be evaluated to find out how much it is worth on for my express entry profile. The process for earning my Modern Apprenticeship Level 3 was to write a logbook of all practical jobs I carried out over the 3 years and cross reference the logbook entries into a matrix (checklist) of skills to prove that I was doing the practical skills required for my qualification. I assume I will need to send the logbooks and skills matrices along with my certificates to the World Education Service or would just the certificates I acquired suffice? I have e-mailed WES twice but that was weeks ago and no reply as yet so if anyone has any info for me that would be great.

Excellent, thank you very much. I'm assuming I will need to write a cover letter explaining the situation so they can tell me how much is worth work experience and education points respectively?
