work experience during full time university enrollment

Hi all. I recently started my profile for express entry.
During my undergrad days I enrolled for a full time course but I only had 3 hour lectures a day
so i joined a company and worked for 32 hours a week even on weekends for three years.
Can i count my work experience as full time for express entry evaluation?

I have a related question. After Master's, I enrolled for a PhD but quit after 20months. It was a paid ( studentship ), full-time position . Would this count as work experience, because by ECA I just qualify for a Masters degree ( 135 points )
