Yes, I thought the same about bank statement from home country but not sure if it this approach works. Although not as cash, immigration might be keen to know if I have enough funds ( eg. Demand draft, traveller's cheque ). Really need to clarify this before I land there.

Hi All, I'd be glad to clarify if I should take the entire $13.5K ( fund requirement 1 person ) with me while I travel to Canada or can I take just around 5K and explain to the immigration office at airport that I'll transfer the rest later from my home country account ? Thanks

Hi guys, just an update, PR visa has been granted. I thought I'd update the info in the thread so that queries pertaining to work experience as a student can be answered. Lucky to have the officer consider my paid graduate study as work experience.

Based on a couple more comments from people who have received ITA, it looks like once a candidate has been picked up from the pool the profile number cant be revalidated. Strange! I received AOR on Jan 20th and didnt bother to use job bank until now when I noticed the error. Maybe this is how it...

Thats true, i guess your points are determined at the time of application ( ITA , or the latest being AOR). I think losing a job in June 2016 should not affect an application submitted in January 2016, as points are calculated during submission.
