Work Experience doubt

Hi All,

I have following work experience:

1 year in Canada
2 Years in India

Under same NOC. While calculating score in work experience section i am having doubt in below questions.

i. In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?
Ans : "1 year"

ii. In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have?
Ans : Should i select "3 years or more here" (2 years in India and 1 year in Canada) OR "2 Years"

Please help.

ii. 3 years since it says TOTAL. If it says how many years of experience you have outside Canada than 2 years.

This is incorrect, although it doesn't specify it only refers to foreign work experience.

If OP chooses 3 he will notice that he will be given points for 3 years of foreign work experience and a year of Canadian work experience.

Thanks for the quick reply. SO, this is how the CIC will make my score during evaluation of my application? Will they consider 3 years since while filing for the REAL application, there is no question as such.

CRS system on CIC is really misleading then.
