Work Experience declaration (Express Entry)

I have 6 years of work experience (3 years in India + 3 years in USA). I have only declared for 3 years in the US and submitted the express entry.

a) Do I need to declare the 3 years in India? My understanding is that CRS score won't change - also it's a little difficult to get the experience letter for the Indian company.
b) If i do need to declare, can I make changes after submitting EE profile (Yet to get ITA). Do I need to provide LOE for adding this experience?

Thank you all.

You get maximum points for 3 years, so no you don't need to put your Indian experience in Work History section.
Instead, put your Indian experience in your Personal History section (you will not be asked to show reference letter or loe for this).

Thank you hodari appreciate your response. I got the employment verification letter from my current employer, but its in the following format:

Date

Reg: Employment verification on behalf of name

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter confirms present employment.... was hired on.... earns an annual salary of ....

As a <designation>, specific responsibilities are included but not limited to:

Should you have any questions please contact HR at <number>

HR Name
HR Signature

Any issues you see with the letter? It does not specify hours and its not signed by a manager or director but by HR. Hopefully it works with IRCC.

Signed by HR is fine.

Not having hours could be a problem. At the very least it must mention that it is full-time.

Also, ensure that the letter is on official company letterhead.

Yes, it does have full-time experience mentioned. Unfortunately, there is no hours specified. However, I can upload paystubs which specifies hours as rate / unit (i.e. hours). Hopefully that should help.

Yes, that could work. Include an LoE as well, to point that out for the case analyst.
