Without medical can you get visiting visa

Me and my son as a visitor and along with my wife (as student)
But unfortunately they refused My son n mine with general backgrounds and my wife got visa 4.5years

So I reapplied paper base, an my biometrics. Was valid till 2029 as I received email
Than after 5days. Said my decision. Envelope as been dispatched

Didn't get medical. Or any letters
What. It could be any chance for VIsa approved. Pls replay

For visit visa, you don’t need medical.

Some TRVs do require medical just not everyone.
