Without a medical exam

Hi! I applied from Bangladesh for a Study Visa on 17th August and after 2 weeks i got an email saying a "Decision has been made on your application please collect it." I still did not give my medical exam. Does this mean I didn't get a Visa?!!!

Wow ! He said there was no medical request. Unless the program is lees than 6 months, medicals are needed before approval. Or i missed something there

Atleast you got a mail for collection. I received an update in cic saying final decision has been made which is blank but i got correspondence letter which says refused and its already been 3 days i haven't still got my passport back and when i go through my tracking id it says it's still processing
