Withdrawing SP application

Hello good people,

Please let me know the whole procedure of withdrawing my Study Permit (SP) Visa. I applied for winter 2021.
I am not going now or starting classes online.
Also, If I apply for SP next year in March/April, will that have any impact on my SP visa ?

You can differ your course

Actually have the plan to change DLI and take some time off and replay later.
