i want to change my college so iam gonna withdraw money from the college does i have any visa complication in future or any issues getting while applying for pr??

What do you mean withdraw the money from the college? What's that about? Also there is no issues with you switching institutions. Just be sure to update IRCC when you make the change and ensure you are going to another DLI.
