Hi , I applied for my study permit extension on june 30 2024 , and i received a withdrawal letter from IRCC on August 1st 2024 stating that :

This letter refers to your application to study in Canada as a temporary resident. As part of the study permit application process, study permit applicants are required to apply to study at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) that verifies their letter of acceptance. This requirement was established by the Ministerial Instructions that came into force on December 1, 2023. This enhanced verification process aims to protect prospective students from letter of acceptance fraud and will also ensure that study permits are only issued based on genuine letters of acceptance. The DLI that you listed in your study permit application did not verify your letter of acceptance within the required timelines, following receipt of your application by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, as required by the Ministerial Instructions. Therefore, in accordance with the Ministerial Instructions, your application is closed and your processing fees will be refunded as the application will not be processed. Please note that refunds may take between 6 to 8 weeks.

Can anyone explain what's the reason??

What school are you attending to extend your permit? When does your permit expire? The school, when contacted, did not verify your acceptance so your file is closed with money being refunded. Your extension was cancelled.

It maybe my mistake too if i have wrongly written the DLI in IMM5709 file

You need to ask the school why they didn’t verify your acceptance.
