Anyone have any input on the ramifications of withdrawing an inland ap and reapplying as outland? Sent Inland January 17th and received AOR on Feb 1st. Have had some things come up which may require crossing the border multiple times in the near future unfortunately. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For sure the 'by the book' thing to do is apply as outland. But now that your application is in may we know a few things like ... would that be 'crossing back and forth quickly', only in the near future but not at all further down the line, and crossing with a NEXUS card by any chance?

It should be a quick back and forth. Possibly a few days at most and yes, he does have a nexus card. In hindsight, we really should have done an outland...but as they say...hindsight is 20/20. Was ready to withdraw and apply outland and then got our AOR so quickly we are really undecided as what to do...how long to get application back, redo police check...all that stuff

With a NEXUS card and the back and forth quickly, honestly I would "let it ride". Having one of those cards is great for quick and easy crossings.
