I have read in forum.that people who have 400+ still have chances but what about people under 400.

I have 283 without ECA and eligible for CEC. No worries and I'm positive.

I am still positive, if CIC keep their work of taking 21k CEC , then they will have to take every one... :)

I dont think so we will 21k CEC applicant

Hello guys,

What makes you to believe that you will have chances with 400 points?
This system is called LMIA entry which means no LMIA no ITA no PR.
Even though when the number of LMIA holders decreased at the same time new LMIA will be issued.
Consequently the average of over 700 points will remain steady high.

I am very disappointed and unfortunately there are no signs to make me believe to the dream of Canada.

Best luck,

If this is the case then why we wasted our money on assessment. Did they mention this earlier?

I find it unlikely they will issue 3-4 thousands of LMIAs per month. Hence, the score will go down. Stop trying to scare people off.
