DHL says they delivered the application to CIO. What will be next? Will i get an email from CIO saying that my application is received and being processed? Or is it only at the end of 2 months?

Just watch out for an email close to end of 2 months - it will tell you what needs to be done - whether you are successful or not and if you are - you will be told that you must submit your full docs to the local visa office within 120 days of the date of that email.
you can also get an idea in advance if you check that your bank draft is cashed.
otherwise - just use this time to gather all the docs - that way you dont have to wait the full 120 days after CIO approves to hand in your full docs, you can even do it the next day if you are fully prepared and save yourself some time in the long run!!

Thanks SD. So 2 months it is. Now preparing for IELTS on April 17 th and collecting all documents. Any idea how much would be the notary fee for a document?

Well Finally I landed!!!!
Thanks to the excellent members of this forum, my journey would not have been possible without help and support from you guys.
Arrived at the Toronto airport at around 4 PM, completed the landing procedure. It was a very smooth experience, very friendly officers, took total time of around 30 minutes.
Documents i had were the passports with visa, COPR forms, address in Canada for 3 of us (me wife and kid). Applied for the SIN card as well from one of the counters (one really pretty and friendly girl at the desk )
All the officers were very friendly and willing to help. I did not have anything to be imported later, so no goods to follow or goods accompanying required.
It might take 4 to 6 weeks, they will send the PR and SIN cards by post.
My brother and family picked us up from the airport. Pleasant weather now. Nice place and friendly people. Loving this place so far.
I am not looking for a job immediately as I have few online businesses that i had setup before I arrived. Have fixed up appointments with few people in coming weeks in this regard. Will keep you posted on how it goes.
Will also be looking at the process of setting up a firm here in the next few days.
