Was this 21 lacs in your own account? Who was your sponsor? What was the worth of the land you showed? and was it in your name or your parents?

The letter of employment you provided from your company, what did it say?
That they will let you join them after completing your studies/ promote you or just simply stating that you work with them?

Why do you think the purpose of visit was a concern? Does your course not match with your previous education, work history?

Bank statement's of my father who is sponsoring me, worth of my land is alot idk how much, a land is still a land and isn't cheap especially in a commercial area, which is my fathers..
A student normally just don't have a billion dollars or a land asset of their own...

Letter of employment said tht ill be reallocated and hired as a remote resource and then when I come back ill be like a normal resource except, il be promoted..

You're right, they don't expect a student to have a lot of assets in their name but in case you're over 21 and going for a post graduate degree then they expect to see your own PERSONAL financial assets, I suppose.

I see the reason why they rejected your visa based on their criteria of personal assets, since you didn't show any.
But I don't see why they gave the reason of limited job prospects if you already provided a company letter that was ready to take you after your course completion.

Bachelor's in animation 3.61 cgpa and 2 year scholarship on merit
Ielts 7
Age 26
Worked for countless companies such as toyota for 2 years as a freelancer and famous artist bands like Call the band etc even attached a portfolio link that proves it..

Won multiple awards in both animations and digital painting and stuff. 1 of them is international DIC CAM USA.

Applied for Game art and animation 8 month program, pgc, in seneca college which is pretty expensive.

I don't know your profile completely so can't comment and neither am I an expert but I think your strong work profile is the reason they gave you a refusal based on purpose of visit. They often find it doggy to see someone well established and doing well in their field and then suddenly leaving their hard work behind to pursue a course. In your Sop mention exactly which skill you will learn from this course and how it will help you in future.
people with a strong work profile can definitely go for further education but only when there's a dire need. When they need something to push start their career.

order gcm notes and work on a stronger SOP. as long as you address each issue in your sop there's a chance for anyone.
Apply again. don't be disheartened, the refusal rate is very high.

You had a perfect profile, its just hard luck. Nothing clearly explains your rejection. You attached all the required docs & proved your ties. Only thing which i think of is the statement mentioned in the generic Checklist, which states "Applications Applied after 01 December for Jan intake will not normally be processed in time for start of classes & may be refused "

I believe here you made mistake by mentioning remote work, students can work only partime. It could be great if your employer mentioned that they will hire you back on senior position. You also cloud uploaded your bank statement in which you receive and salary slips, income tax returns for your own income.

Also relocation is only possible when your company has office in canada

Showing lot of money doesn't help as GMP97 mentioned, you have to show the trails to satisfy the visa officer.

SDS is just a fast process but most of us making mistake by assuming once we transfer money there we are done.

That's not the case, I've seen many Indians getting visa through sds even when they have applied after 1st December. The process is slow cause of holidays and large number of applications for January intake.
