Pretty much all offices outside of Ontario are holding DM applications. As someone here suggested it's possible they're waiting for a critical mass to gather for them to hold a ceremony. If that's the case, you could get the invite any moment. But it's difficult to know what exactly they're waiting for.

I was fearing it was the case… that they are waiting to have enough French-speaking persons as we checked French on the application! I am going to send an email …

I emailed them yesterday and I got this response today. Not bad for the response swiftness. No guarantee of a date but at least I am in the que. Not sure how long is the que.
"You and your family are currently in the que for a citizenship ceremony. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a date at this time.
Please monitor your emails for further updates.

Not sure if it's based on French or English speakers. As far as I could tell, pretty much everyone outside Ontario with DM status is waiting for oath for a while.
You’re probably right! I have just learned the online ceremonies are bilingual…
Just sent an email to this address. Got an automated reply:
"You have reached the cic-winnipeg-citizenship@cic.gc.ca inbox.
You will NOT receive a response to your enquiry via this email. A decision/response to your request will be added to your file within 3 business days of receipt. At that time, you must contact the Client Support Centre for further information."

I guess the emails reactivated our files! It was updated today ans oath is scheduled for November 8!!

It’s updated at night. Probably the updates from Friday show up on Monday morning automatically!
