I was at COA yesterday, they gave us snacks (morning and afternoon) and even lunch.

i am uploading my documents is it nesesoory to upload scan of orignal document because some of my document has not in orignal so i am gonaa upload xerox copy of my document for eg transcipt . my question is that if i upload a xerox copy scan should it be notarized (attested) or not ?

Hello Everyone,

I would just like to request for your help regarding the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF), I was not able to include this payment together with my processing fee before that's why I have to do this now because I just received an email about this and together with the medical request.

Is it acceptable if I will make my payment through a Manager's Check payable to the Embassy of Canada, Manila? Do I have to fill up any form about RPRF payment before I send it via courier?or is it the check alone that I will send to them?

And by the way, do you have any suggestions where to have medical exams and any tips before doing so?

Wow Istel, finally you have your MR. In regards to RPRF, I have no idea how to make a bank draft, but in regards to sending it to CEM, it is best to send it via courier so that you can track your payment rather than dropping it off to CEM. Wait for others to give you advise about how to write down information on your cheque and whether you will need to add any other documents with it.

is SLEC at global city,taguig?i read some messages from here that they also did their exams there and it was ok..im planning to also have my medicals there just bothered with extra ear piercing therefore extra payment..lol..does our friends in this forum have other suggested clinics aside from SLEC?

anyway im still waiting for their follow up email maybe i could see there other clinic options accredited by the embassy.

SLEC is in Manila, near Kalaw/UN Avenue. But St. Luke's Global is in Taguig. It is so much better there. Faster.

I had my MC payment for RPRF and use the drop box in RCBC B4. No form for that but I attached the email sent to me requesting fee payment, had my name at the back of the MC and the application #.

Had my Med at IOM Makati, I could say they are very nice. It costs us less money too, they only charge 5k each..we are a fam of 4. We started at 9:30am and finished at 12pm, very quick! You have to call them for appointment though.
