Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding on the IELTS result..
on the guidelines, they specified that you should submit original IELTS results, but on the checklist "COPY" only.
so which is which?

Thanks in advance!

you can send only the "copy" . for my case, i also noticed this conflicting request, so i send my original IELTS result, i didnot encounter any problem. others , sent only the copy and did not encounter any problems either :D

How much time it will take to issue visa after LOA ??

i have received my LOA last apr23 and got my visa last dec12. so it is around 8-10months.
but you can look at the excel file tracking sheet that we have been using so that you will understand the average waiting time.

yes, even the same visa office, timeline will be on a case to case basis. thats the reason why, you need to join on one of the Tracking sheets here. good luck :)

if we will follow the normal flow, those applying inside canada should be processed faster .
In comparing : inside vs outside canada

* from LOA --> AOR-CIO --> not much difference usually it takes around 50-60 days
* receiving Medical request --> inside: around 3-7days , outside: 25-40days
* Medical done --> PPR --> inside: _??___ , outside : around 30 days average
* PPR--> Visa receipt --> inside:__??___, outside :around 14-20 days

thanks for this information ramcal. in essence, after receiving the LOA, there is about 4-5 months of waiting time left.

wohoo! I'm so excited, I just can't hide it! Hehe.

Visa on hand..tnx ramcal for the help.. :)
