Really guys,

kwinkal's case is only normal based on a lot of reasons:

- The distant relative category under GS is faster than the GS Friend
- His current status of work in the UK and of course that eliminates the IELTS and he has a right I am sure to work in the UK, and based on the diplomatic relationship between Canada and UK there might be certain waivers.

But all the same Kwinkal Congratulations and for those of us still waiting... Let us trust God and be patient it WILL surely come real soon!

Hello Ohanne,

Thanks for your willingness to help the aspirants with your expertise. I am planning to apply online but i have questions in my mind that my sponsor are not sure of the answers since I will be the first relative he will be sponsoring. Thanks so much for opening this topic.I am working as a teacher in Thailand up to this time that's why I have many questions regarding my application.

My questions are:
1. Do I need to take IELTS exam before I will apply online? The IELTS exam must be accredited with the Canadian Embassy or any IELTS testing centers will do?
2.In the Schedule 1 Background/Declaration #9,stated:been refused refugee status in, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to,Canada or any other country? My case was I applied a tourist visa 10 years ago in the Phils.and I was denied because of lack of funds,do i need to answer yes on that? The stamped from the US embassy was not in my new passport now because I got the new one and i think they will check the databases of all embassies.
3.All the certificates, diploma,TOR must be notarized even its already in English language?I'm in in Thailand,is it okay if my documents will be notarized here or in the Philippines?
4.If I will apply online,do i need to upload the hard copy of some forms signed by my spouse and children?Or upload only my certifications and supporting documents?
5.Please if you have any sample of Settlement Plan 2,please help me,my cousin requested me to fill it up in behalf of him and I will send it back and he will copy what will be written there.

I am very thankful I found this website, its a blessing to me.Am sorry for taking your time, its too long.God bless.
To anybody who is willing to give an advice, thanks so much.I appreciated it very much.

Can some one please guide me where can I get Self Assessment Form?
What generally acceptable answer and what are not acceptable answer, keeping your past experience

Choosing Manitoba 3 reason?
Choosing your destination 2 reason?

Appreciate your help.

Yes. You can not submit the application if you can not upload ielts result.

Honestly, i am not sure how to answer your question coz i did not encounter your situation personally. If it is mre than 10yrs i think no need to answer yes.

3.All the certificates, diploma,TOR must be notarized even its already in English language?I'm in in Thailand,is it okay if my documents will be notarized here or in the Philippines?

Only documents translated needs notarization.

4.If I will apply online,do i need to upload the hard copy of some forms signed by my spouse and children?Or upload only my certifications and supporting documents?

Yes, you need to upload their documents.

5.Please if you have any sample of Settlement Plan 2,please help me,my cousin requested me to fill it up in behalf of him and I will send it back and he will copy what will be written there.

Yes and make sure he can answer the interview.

Appreciate your help.

Kindly check link below
http://fluidsurveys.com/surveys/immigration-surveys/mpnp-survey/

Re choosing manitoba 3 reasons it could be re job/career opportunities, peaceful and clean environment, family unifications, etc.

2 reasons: since you have a relative who can assists you in terms of shelter and some other things while establishing on your own. In terms of your skills and employability.

This is just an idea :)

Goodluck!

Greetings all, I am GS applicant and I really need to ask this question which is very paramount when LOA will be out God's willing....my IELTS exam was taken Nov 2011 (result=6.5) and will expire october 2013 though i hav applied with it this March 2013 via online application.
I was asked to submit additional docs but not IELTS result, which i did on on 2nd july 2013.
Just incase i am to apply to CIC for PR maybe next yr after the LOA, would my application be refused/rejected if i still present same IELTS or do i need to take a fresh IELTS. I will appreciate a positive reply.

WAiting!!! Gud luk al
