Hello all! Just thought I would add my timeline

Applied February 2nd
Application mailed back to me due to fee insufficiency
Applied again February 23rd 2014
Started processing April 2014
Discover Canada Book sent April 2014
Received test invite February 17th 2015
Test date March 4th 2015!

Anyone have a test advice? Also anyone know how long it takes to take the oath after you pass?

Did the test on 16th Dec 2014 , received the invitation letter on 23rd Feb 2015 for the oath taking ceremony scheduled for 17th Mar 2015 . Winnipeg is galloping in leaps and bounds so you will not be kept waiting for long . Good luck . Just go through ' Discover Canada ' , the book you have received . All questions will be from there and don't forget to do practice papers which you may be able to download .

Gosh, I must say that the reality is now sinking in and am starting to get very nervous about the test and interview.
Been waiting and wanting this for so long that I hope we don't skrew it up. ???

Use the study guide and google Canadian citizenship test, Richmond has a good online practice test.
That is how we are preparing for it.

Just thought I'd let you guys know that I took the test and got 100% on it! Guess I worried for nothing. I was told 3-5 months till the oath if everything goes well. Seems like a long wait but oh well. My PR card expires soon so I'm really hoping it's the 3 months Good luck to the rest of you about to do the test!
