So, I called the centre today to see if there have been any developments on my application (As I am not sure whether ECAS is accurate anymore since it has not been updated for a whole year now).
I spoke to a very helpful agent who told me that my test will likely be in Brandon and that my test and Oath should be scheduled on the same day (due to my location as I live about 600km north of the Winnipeg/Brandon area), I was happily surprised at this news but I'm not holding my breath as we have all seen and experienced inaccurate information from call centre agents...

I was wondering if any Ecas has been updated on Tests or any other from Winnipeg.
We have had no updates since they started processing our files back in March 2013-----not even file transfere, test, nothing.

May be you could give the call center a call , I applied in Octber 2014 and file was transferred to Winnipeg in December 2014 last week, since then there is no update ,but if you have applied in march 2013 then please call them just to get a bit of info, I have also read on the forum that some people approached their MPs , may be that could , may be someone else can also shed some light on this specific question , cheers, ,
