Well! I really dont think ur late. Thats bcoz the admission there is on rolling basis. They keep on scrutinizig profiles and accept applications till the program is full. so, u can definitely try. And since ur already there in canada, i guess, u can visit the campus personall to expedite the process.

I thought they make a decision in 4 weeks max
