Guys, for FBI PCC, requesting delivery by email should be fine, correct? Because not sure how long the actual mail will take.

Its fine. Printed and received by post will look same. So just print it and send it. You dont need to wait if you are ready to file.

Was she invited to take the test or take the Oath of Citizenship? If it's the Oath, how was she invited, by email or phone call? Thank you

Can we apply for gcms while being in Canada?
I am outside Canada. Can i able to apply as the site denotes "permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada"?

If you meet the criteria then you can request even if you are not inside Canada

any updates from windsor guys
No update but based on my gcms notes, they transferred by file after 6 months of AOR in Feb/Mar this year instead of Aug/Sep last year. Not sure how other files are handled.
But saw someone from 2019 got DM last month i think in some other thread. So surely at least one or two are working in windsor.

Windsor office is the 2nd worst after London. I have been looking at the reports presented by @rajkamalmohanram in this post here:
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...iting-spousal-sponsorship.697691/post-9378953

Its way too detailed document that lists all sorts of data with numbers crunching in all possible ways. I was not even able to get through to 100 pages of this massive 350 pg. document. For those interested, here is the link and if you would like to volunteer and summarize, let the OP of the post above know.

Windsor office did not invite at least 1 person for test as of Jan 2021.
