Exactly. Waited for long time for test invite and thought windsor will move quickly to compensate but its not the case.
Again more wait, dont know if we have any chance for oath date this year as some offices are backed up(i am still thinking that these dates are specific to local office and hoping windsor will get dates within a month/two)

Not everyone receives a PP pages or interview request. The next step after test would be Decision Made and then oath.

This is windsor thread. Its better to watch this thread where 2020 people are posting updates which will be helpful for you to know "till which month" they completed for 2020 and you can expect your test turn accordingly.

Well, its not for all as Raj said and even if thats the case then it should not come for me because i sent all pages along with my application to save from this kind of time waste
But still they will ask just to torture me more with more wait time anyway, just like how they tortured with 10 month wait for Test after AOR whereas many offices issued test invite within 6-7 months for many.

So lets hope for DM but at least lets end up with passport page request(so that at least things move instead of just stand still).

Messeged my MP office Brian Macee they say ircc says next step is oath I am wondering it will come in batches but the question is when will it come pp and interview seems waved it will be direct oath.

7-8 years ago: it used to take at least 2-3 years. PR was even worse for certain countries as it was based on country wise.
Before pandemic only it averaged around 1 year due to more investments and automation.

So in that 10 year period multiple parties were in power. This is nothing to do with who is ruling. Pandemic disrupted and no one is ready to focus on cic because its not serving citizens, same like 10 years ago.

Also it would be worse if conservatives come in because your eligibility only will be increased(which anyway adds to your total waiting time) and intention clause will be brought. So i dont think that any party will be better for CIC or for processing time(- you would anyway end up spending 5+ years before you get your citizenship under any party).

Well for now, No feedback from Windsor office on my UP request... Seems like they haven't even bothered to look at my request of simply decided to deny it

I think that it takes from few days to a week to respond at local office level. I doubt that they respond next day with a call to you.
But you should be getting approval which i dont see any problem since you sent the offer letter which they cant refuse.

I would take oath date shock which i am prepared to take it for 5 years and i am just across the border anyway.
But mistakenly out of desperation, I changed the address in May hence you guys would get oath first.
Not sure if event office will be changed from windsor to edmonton. I will get gcms next month - i will know.

I am seeing updates on Tuesdays, not sure about others but this is the case for me and my wife.
So lets wait for tomorrow to see if anything gets moved.
Its been 2 months since i am invited for test but you and few others are even waiting longer than that. Hopefully someone is working on our files today.

Some files are being marked DM in 2 month mark of test date/invite date or within 3 month mark. Will see if 2 month mark for you get you to DM this week.

Finally some good news about my file!!!

I have been going back and forth with the citizenship officer all day today (10 emails) as to why I submitted my request for urgent processing.

So 15 minutes before, she said that she is approving my urgent processing request and sent me an invite for an interview, and requested copies of all pages of my passport.

@rajkamalmohanram Can you please update this in my file ?

Also, my urgent processing request was approved by Citizenship Officer from CPC Sydney office and not Windsor office.
