They are asking proof to re establish back on Canada.

All I can provide is this

- one way ticket back to Canada (sponsor is going back before husband gets PR)
-a letter from my sister stating that we will be living in her

I do not have a job offer as I need to renew my Work license and without that they cannot write me a job offer and I also wrote a statement of my plans to re establish.

Do you think this will be enough evidence?

Could they write you a letter saying when you renew your work license they'd be happy to hire you? Something like that would help also.

Do you think that will be enough evidence? I can probably provide chats with family showing our conversations about moving back? I am just trying to avoid delays in my application. Or do you think the evidence of a flight and a letter will be enough??

When you say they have asked for proof of intent to move back, do you mean on the forms, or has the visa office sent you a letter?
