Hi,

I have received my study permit and want to have my wife accompany me in OWP visa. Are there any rejection chances as well ?.
If incase it gets rejected, can she accompany me on visitor Visa and then apply OWP from inside Canada ?

Yes there is rejection chance, even visitor visa has rejection chance.
She can apply again once in Canada but it doesn't improve the chances.
