I have received my AIP through mail on sep4 and till now nothing has been updated in my GC key portal.. So to check whether the received one is genuine or not I have planned to order a GCMS notes.. kindly advise on this

Go for it..... No negative impact on your application whatsoever. None that I've heard of at least.
I read somewhere that it shouldn't have any impact on our applications because it's our right to know what's the update in our applications. They also said that it will be a different visa officer who will release the notes.

usually around 30-40 days but these days some people get theirs within 3 weeks.
