Will NOC 4021 be back in SINP?

Hi folks!

I have noticed that NOC 4021 disappeared from the last 4 or 5 SINP Draws...so, what are your expectations / analyses in the future? Will it be possible that they will include this NOC again? Any explanation why some NOCs get excluded from SINP Draws and other NOCs get included? what's the mechanism behind that? Could it be that no candidate with this NOC reached the cut-off score?

If a candidate with NOC 4021 reaches a score above 70, will it be possible he/she will be granted ITA?

Experts please give me your take in this.

It means that the province doesn’t need or have a demand for that NOC. The provinces picks NOCs where there are skills shortages. So you may have the score but if NOC isn’t selected you will not be invited.
