Will job in Quebec create problem for EE candidate who has put in Ontario as his destination?

Good Day Guys, I have received a COPR and during the registration under EE, I had put Ontario as my preferred destination. But there is a scenario where I might end up in Montreal (Quebec) for work. I have below doubts:
1. Can I work in Quebec with FSW-O EE profile based COPR?
2. Will working in Quebec create problems for Citizenship application after few years?
3. Can I survive with English in Quebec?

1. After you become a landed PR, yes. Before you finish landing process, you risk losing your PR for moving to Quebec.
2. No. You can work anywhere as a PR.
3. Define survive. If you are talking about grocery, yes. If you are talking about working in a French speaking company, no.
