Will Invitation numbers increase?

Based on the current trend where invitations have been sitting around 700 odd, will it go back to the 1000 plus?

The last time it was 1000 invitations was during May..

I read on another post that it might go up by the end of the year. But who can say that. Hopefully they make it better for people who are applying inland.
