I was firstly rejected on 28th October 2014 and the rejection was due to mistake that i have done while filling the form.
I was rejected by thrice in U.S before so while filling the form IMM1294E i just not read the question completely and got the rejected.

Reason:- Form the Documents that you have submitted in support of your application. I am not satisfied that you have answered all he questions truthfully,as required by subsection 16(1)of the Act. Specially, I am not satisfied the following information truthfully:
To the question "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?" your reply was NO.

i just shocked when i read the reason. while the time of filling the form i just the question till the Canada i haven't ready or Any other country so ticked the No that was the reason.

So i just prepared one apology letter and prepared a strong SOP and submitted my file on 19th Nov 2015 and my file is being processed at Banglore.

Here is my profile:-
10th :- 68%
12th :- 70%
B.E in Comp Engineering :- 7.15 CGPA (12 backlogs all cleared).
1.5 year work experience as a Software Developer
Admitted in :- Mohwak Collage (Computer System Technican- Software Support).

Will i get the visa???

Firstly no mortal can really tell if you will get visa or not. Only Allah and the VO can.

Secondly It is said in the CIC premises ( I have seen in a poster in the VFS / CVAC ) that, if one lies about his/her previous refusal to CANADA , they might get BANNED for as long as 2 years.

Thirdly I pray and hope they don't do the same to your case. And, I strongly suggest you to order a CAIPS note. I think in this note they also mention about the "BAN" situation.

CIC is really strict nowadays. But I hope you get it

No you dont need a CAIPS note to know whether you are banned or not. If you were banned then they would let you know that you were banned. So you should consider yourself lucky that you did not get banned. For more on the act of misrepresentation : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/protection/fraud/document.asp

Now go ahead and submit the documents as you are planning to. Yes apology letter is a must. And it should be written well and do let them know that you really did not realize back then and it is a mistake that you made and you regret it very much. If possible try to submit some sort of character certificate from suitable person or institute e,g School headmaster, municipality commissioner, religious leader etc . Try to submit the most suitable one for your case.

Not Getting a visa might be easy but living a life without dreams is not. So dream again, and if you think it is in your best decision then try again. All the best !!!!! ;D

@COSMICPIRATE, I have seen a case of an applicant ( for UK study permit ). He kept on trying and they never really notified the poor guy that he had been banned, instead, they kept on taking his money and refused him every single time.
I don't work in a Canadian embassy, nor do you , so, we can't really tell what's going on in the VO's mind. He should consult with the VFS/VAC about his matter. I know that he got a "FUNNY" refusal letter. And, not mentioning about visa refusal "history" is a serious "crime".
@Jalpesh, DON'T be hasty ,I am not trying to "preach" negativity , trust me. I am waiting for my Study permit as well ( 2nd time ). I know how restless and reckless it feels if a visa is refused. But, it is going to be really tough. consult with VFS about your application's status. Although the reason of refusing your application is crystal clear, order a CAIPS note if it's required. I hope they have not banned you. All the best bro, may Allah grant what you seek.

thanks for your reply @COSMICPIRATE and @ hp_woulverine
They have not banned me for sure b'coz in refusal letter they have mention that you can apply another time if they have banned me than they haven't write that sort of line.

@jalpesh Exactly the first page(letter) on the refusal reason package where they mention subsection/s of immigration law. If you were banned, they would mention there and if not there they would mention in a separate letter.

Best of luck!!!
