will i be able to get any kinda visa, being in America?

I already live in america, but i overstayed my status for more than 1 year. I came to america for better life and didn't really though about violating the laws... i was 20. Now i'm more experience with North American style of life and now i'm trying to fix all my @#$% that i did
I saved some money, and now thinking about moving to canada, the right way...
Thinking about going on a working visa or maybe student (temporary) and then work real hard, and try to immigrate legally.
The problem is what if i apply for temporary visa and get denied?
I read that i have to covince officer that i will leave country after my visa will expire. It's gonna be funny with my kinda story... what do you think?

The chances are extremely slim that you would be issued any sort or of employment/visitor/student visa as you have overstayed in the US and the Officer will decide to refuse, because it is unlikely that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay.

and what if i try to immigrate from usa? (but like russian) for example i can go to school over here (i know some ways) and for example i'll have diploma, experience in field (that need in canada) will get a job offer and all kinda staff to get over 67 pass points.
Will i be able to cross that damn us-canada border?
Or is it even possible to do what i just wrote? what can u recommend?

You might have a problem getting a temporary visa because of your overstaying but people who have been illegal in the US have applied for permanent residency in Canada and gotten it so if you qualify for FSW, you might have a chance.

ok, i found that i can apply for Alberta Programm. They need class C and D, (i'm a waiter). I'm reading right now about this staff and it says that i must apply for temporary working visa. In order to get positive decision i have to convice immigration officer that i will leave after all, but it's IMMIGRATION proccess for me... if after one year working for that employer, he'll decide to ask me to stay and do that Nominee Programm for me?
Should i tell officer that i'm going to participate in Alberta PNP?
And is it possible to tell the officer my story about how i regret that i overstayed US visa (it was horrible experience and blah, blah, blah) and i'm not gonna do that again? Or he'll be like "oh my... that guy overstayed visa in America, noway he's gonna go to canada, i don't care whatever he says"


And what is FSW anyways?

FSW is the federal skilled worker program. If you want to try for a temporary work permit, you first need to get a job offer and the employer needs to apply for a labour market opinion and then you can apply for a work permit. I can not tell you if you will get it or not but you can try.
