Will experience in nominated occupation prior to bachelors degree be count in Express Entry ?

Hi All,

I have a bachelor degree (completed via. distance education), during my course I was working as a full time employee in the nominated occupation. In the NOC code, I noticed that in NOC employment requirement for my occupation requires "a university degree or college diploma in a field related". Does this mean that my experience as full time employee while completing my bachelors can't be counted in my Express Entry?

I ask this because in Express Entry the form asks me to fill experience details after graduation. Is this same applicable for people who have completed their qualification as distance education ?

No. Your experience as a full-time employee while you were pursuing your qualifications cannot be counted as experience for your express entry profile. Experience gained after completing your qualifications can only be counted towards your express entry profile.
