Ashish..you are being misguided by intellectuals. Let them support this with a proof. Which I think all these experts dont have. Questions for experts here,

Can you verify a LMIA? Dont tell me to verify it with the employer? You are an expert, so find a flaw?

I can see lot of advisors here claiming that it is fake. Can any one of these proclaim that it is genuinely fake and is ready to face legal consequences. It is very easy to write in such quorum. But justify before you can say it is fake.

It is genuinely fake. We are not intellectuals. We are normal Canadians who have lived here for all or most of our lives and know what a real job offer looks like and how a scam looks. Scams are very easy to spot. Here are multiple links that warn about the Chelsea Hotel job offer scam. It's an old scam that has been around for years and I'm surprised people still fall for it.

Then I think, you need to justify before proclaiming it's fake. Ideally i do not want anybody to be misguided. I am aware of chelsea hotel and their recruitment policies. The lawyers offcourse IRCC registered knowing it's a a big group into Hospitality business, so you need to correct your facts before posting anything on public domain. Every law firm has it's own working style, fees structure. Nothing is free to migrate to canada. But be aware.. any false claim will land you in trouble.

There is absolutely ZERO chance this is a real job offer.

Here's the message the person who started this thread received:

This is the date of acceptance of your Offer Letter, this is now gone for Process of Canadian Legal Labour procedure. Which would take about 30 - 45 days, then another 20-30 days for Visa Process, ( But, Subject to Lifting of Lock down). Shall inform you as per the Progress. Your responsibility is to arrange and keep the Service Charges of @ Rs. 06 Lakhs, ready. Once you receive all Relevant Documents as per your desire and as discussed and approved by Us, then when you get Your Work Contract, Visa Endorsed, Ticket, etc, You pay the Service Charge @ Rs. 06 Lakhs, and You Leave for your job to Toronto - Canada.

Here are a few of the issues with that message and why it is very obviously fake.
- Grammar and sentence structure are extremely poor and the overall letter is very unprofessional. A large company such as a hotel has an HR team and they would never make errors such as this. The random capitalization makes this letter that much worse. It's like it was written by a 6 year old child. It does not matter what a company's "style" is. No real job in Canada is going to involve a letter that is written so incredibly poorly. It's a complete train wreck of the English language.
- There is no such thing as a "process for Canadian Legal Labour procedure". This is something the scammer made up to make the letter sound official.
- Fees are paid in Canadian dollars. Currencies other than Canadian is a sign of a scam.
- Fees are far too high and there is no such thing as a service charge. The cost of a work permit is very low and it is illegal to charge money in exchange for a job (apart from the work permit fees).
- Many, many more reasons but I am simply too lazy to type them all out because they are so obvious.

If you continue to object to the very obvious items I am pointing out, then the only conclusion I can arrive at is that you are part of the scam. Otherwise I don't understand why you are arguing with these extremely obvious points that clearly demonstrate this is a scam and a fake job offer. There is absolutely ZERO chance this is a real job offer.
