Wife's institute name exceeds max character length

I am struggling with a confusion in my wife's spousal PR application process. The education section of IMM 5669 requires you to put in the name of your institution. In my wife's case, the institute name is exceeding the maximum character length (i.e., 24 characters). What can I do in this case? Should I write the abbreviated name in the given space and upload a short LoE detailing the entire name?
