aren't you applying PR for your would be wife now or you will apply once you will get the PR?

currently, i am not apply for her, but i have plans for future
I had the similar question earlier in my mind, and what I got to know that post getting PR card in Canada, after 6 months I will be eligible to sponsor my wife to come to Canada. I guess same applies to your case as well.

I would leave it to other experts on this forum to answer. As per my information, the name on passport should be similar to all other documents.

Hopefully you are aware that you must keep IRCC informed about the change in your marital status. After you are married, you must request IRCC to include your wife in your application. If you land as a PR without declaring that you are married, you won't be able to sponsor your wife
