I got a limited company, and 2.5 years 2014 to 2016 she was on my payroll, as been doing administrative tasks for myself. So how to prepare a reference letter for her, as i was a director of my limited company, we do have her payslips + do i need to create a reference letter for her on my company letter head or what else please?
