Hi All, As the subject indicates, we are starting out application for HIS (U.S.A.) Canadian permanent residency. We have been married since Feb. 2012. Even though I'm a pretty intelligent gal, I'm REALLY intimidated by these forms for him and myself. I plan to just take it one step at a time, check and re-check my work ( I' have some OCD tendancies). And Pray.....lol.
I am in the process of reading the guide (HIS guide), I've read it in it's entirety a few times. Some conflicting info on what office to send his app. to.
All new Family Class applications must first be mailed to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
OR
In your application, you must select the visa office where your application will be processed. Please consult the chart below to find your visa office.
This second instruction indicates Ottawa office. Just to clarify we ARE legally married so it will be Family Class. I reside in Canada, he still resides in U.S. it will be Outland App. So which office?
Secondly, my husband's son is 32, established in the U.S. and will 100% never be joining us in Canada. He needs to be included in app.? It indicates to list children wheather accompanying or not.
Already confused, and scared. Thanks for any clarification.
