Tough rules. So lets say that the certificate is valid. What would be the best way of coming into Canada as a family?
Also, i am going to research everything that there is to know about this subject. Would you mind if i ask you some more questions

ask here in Croatia and the canadian website is massive and the informations there are alot to process without guidance.
