why doesn't anyone replies to my topics. I am in such a bad situation since january and whenever i turn towards this forum i am like ignorerd... is there any reason behind this? if there is please tell me

ok so here is the whole story
I went with my family to canada in 2009 as visitors( we were allowed to stay their for 6 months ). In december 2009 i decided to change my status in to a student so i applied in sheridan college for a 3years course and got the visa so i i studied for 2 semesters. then i got into my 3rd semester and my college informed me my visa was expiring on nov 14 2011 and my passport was expiring that day aswell so i went back home and was looking for my passport and realized my stupid room mate stole it. i was confused on what to do and mean while i was out of status. I know that was a dumb move from my side. so i went back to my college staff to get some help. they informed me i can get my visa and stay in country for 90 days ( restoration of status ). So i went to Pakistan embassy in toronto they were so not supportive and told me i need my NIC. so i got my nice ( from pakistan thru fedex) it took 2 weeks for me to get it. then i went back to pakistan embassy and this time they told me to get a police report for the lost passport and basically wasted the precious time i had. i got the police report and it took some time explaing them and all and went back to the embassy. passport took more then 21 days to arrive as it was december and the passport comes from pakistan and because of christmas holidays and the holidays in pakistan. so basically when i got my passport i was over 90 days. to be exact 94 days. i decided to voluntarily leave canada and return back to pakistan.
Now i want to go back to canada. i already applied for visitor status and got denied but my family got it. the reason they gave me was because i did not compl by the previous regulations of dmissions and so i knew i was doomed.
But now i have decided to apply for a study permit and i got accepted. and i know my chances are really low to get the visa so i wanted your help as you guys are seniors and a lot smarter than i am. i did a mistke and i regret it but some of the credit goes to pkistans embassy for bieng so inconsiderate and mean.
Now my questions are:
a) do you guys think i will have better chances of getting visa if i can document what i have said above, for example a letter from my college on my conduct, police report stating my passport was lost and a letter from pakistan embassy stating that it took longer than expected to get my passport because of some missing documents. do you think that would be enough?
b) and if you guys think it would not be enough can you guys help me out by advising what other documents should i try to get to make my case stronger and improving my chances
C) when i applied in canada for my study permit instead of ielts i gave my college test and applied without it. so would i need to give ielts now?
D) and i never made a cover letter or sop so can you guys tell me what that stuff is and provide me with sample sop's and cover letters.

I hope some one can guide you.I actually never told my story on this forum for example in one post i asked about the SOP and in another post i asked about the irlts and documents i need to submit. u guys wanted to know the full situation. thanks for your input i also hope someone in this forum knows what i can do..lets see what happens and u guys can pray that i get the visa this time cause no matter what ill do anything to get it done this time. the rest depends on your prayers
Hiii, you did a very foolish thing of coming back to pakistan, people die to get visa and you should know once you r their you will face some problems but at last you will get success..nemo123 said:
Now reading your situation , i would suggest 1st point listed docs will be enough for the reason.
with that you should give IELTS and try to score atleast 7bands to be safe from one part of rejection. secondly , you have to write only a cover letter with those docs which should be ultimate , that will state your reason why you came back to ,what was the main problem.
you have a plus point that you already studied 2 sem their and you can force the VO stating your 1or 2 year gonna waste if you did not continue you studies their. Stressing on this fact you visa chances are high and rest prepare your docs according to checklist.

My visa chances are high really? cause i have been rejected visa 2months back..yea em submitting my application on Monday Nov 17, 2011. lets hope for the best and please pray. and i don't think i have enough time to take IELTS and wait for the result so i am going to go without it. thanks for your opinion makes me a bit more confident and relaxed
