Why is it so hard for CIC to at least explain the reason as to why they have revoked my account?
Why is the bureaucratic machine in Canada works so poorly? Why can't I go into an office in Ottawa and ask them about my application? Why am I waiting for my visa since October? Why am I waiting for my passport since December? Why CIC never picks up its phone?
