why i cant get on the EE pool?

Hi i think I have enough points to be accepted at least on the pool but on the "come to canada" tool i get a negative assesment.

when i calculate the points i think i got 258, not ideal but my main goal will be to be on the job bank.

i few weeks ago i had a positive result with a personal reference code but now after creating my CIC account under messages it says "no longer eligible" and everytime i try the come to canada tool i get negative result.

anybody has a suggestion?

You are not providing much information to help you.

If you are a CEC applicant state your Canadian work experience dates and IETLS or CELPIP test scores.

If you are a FSW applicant state your work experience, IETLS scores and whether you have assessed your educational credentials. Also, what is your score under the six selection factors (67 out of 100 required)

Thanks for your response, let me clarify those points:

Im FSW with no work experience in canada but more than 10 years outside of canada on NOC B 7271
my IELTS results are Listening 8.0 Reading 9.0 Writing 7.0 ans Speaking 7.5
My score under the six selections factors Im not sure hot to determine that but according to this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
i have at least 158 points.

If it is below 67 you are not eligible under the FSW program. I have a feeling your CRS score is this low for not having assessed your educational credentials.

ok according to that link i only have 50 points so thats why i cant enter the pool. what i dont understand is why a few weeks ago i got a personal reference number.
anyways if i assess my educational credentials will that improve this score? i only have high school degree and some college but i didnt finish
plus on the come to canada tool i never was asked if i assessed my education to get those points

Secondary school will only give you 5 points so yes it will help but not by much

The two biggest contributors to CRS is language and Education.. you seem to have the language sorted but you are in a tight spot with educaiton
