Why hasn’t IRCC begun working on my profile yet ?

What could be the possible reasons for this ?

PNP MANITOBA Express Entry Outland

ITA 12 March (original was January 10th but I declined)

AOR 11 May (final date to submit was May 12th)

BIL - as of June 20th, no update whatsoever....

I can't check my status in the app tracker and UCI is still in CAN000 format.....dunno what to do and how to contact IRCC on this matter....

I submitted two webforms to the IRCC a week ago but got no reply.

Each application is different the VO and the team handling your application work differently, there is nothing to panic about seeing others with similar timelines are moving ahead, as others have told you please wait for a couple more weeks and you will move and might even overtake others.

Browse the forum, your case isn't alone. If there are many people with more or less the same level of progress as yours, maybe, I mean, maybe, that's the norm?

You can't do anything to expedite the processing time. You need to wait.
