Why early date for hearing?

I made a claim in april 2019 and I received notice to appear for the hearing today, I was thinking it would take very long but is there any reason it came early?

You are lucky it’s normal my friend get his hearing date after 5 months of arriving and they accept him

I would say that you stay back home and and apply for any immigration program.

Close to zero chance a study permit will be approved due to the failed refugee claim (same applies to a work permit and visitor visa). You can certainly try for a study permit but should expect it will be difficult to get. You will need to go through the ARC process as part of the application in order to be allowed to return to Canada which will extend processing and cost additional fees. If you want to try the study permit route, you'll also need to have a very strong plan for your studies in Canada. If you have a bachelor degree already, then you'll want to be pursuing a Master's in Canada. If you already have a Master's, then you'll want to be pursing a PhD in Canada. You'll also want to pick a top school.

I agree with the recommendations to focus on qualifying and applying to immigrate through an economic immigration program like Express Entry. This is your best bet for being able to return to Canada.
