what made you say that aussies are racists? some people say emiratis (UAE) are also ones of the most racists. are australians worse than emiratis? please comment if they have bad experiences them.

thanks for sharing, abhijeet9k.

I am not saying that UAE is not racist. What can u expect from countries such as UAE where people from other countries such as Pakistan are treated like animals.Yes,I would say Australia is bad but I would not compare Australia with UAE.Australia should be compared with other countries such as USA,Canada,England etc.Tons of students from Asian countries have had horrible experiences in Australia

My advise is not to worry about rumors and select the country you wish to migrate with due deligence. Recent Immigrant outcomes are better in Australia,in case of racism i have got my wife as a student in Canada and she says not so good about the way students are treated. I never ever felt racism in the way some members have posted here and yes thats even after living in Australian on a Student visa for 7 years.

Harry don't even bother explaining your experiences to some people who have never been to Australia... Probably Border Security classified these people as snakes & reptiles hence got denied entry :P

just keep your useless assumptions to yourself and get a life, abhijeet9k.

people ask questions because there are people who may want to share their valuable experiences so that those with little knowledge about australia and canada may get something worthwhile from them.

Well i was not at all making useless assumptions here...Harry knows it well and for that matter I have lived in UK and Australia collectively for 5 years... And I haven't faced any racism in both the countries...So I have shared my experience living in Australia and someelse has been commenting on Racism in Australia whe he hasnt even been there ( His assumptions were on student experiences and not his own) ...hope u get it !!! And who commented on Snakes & reptiles going on a passport??? Do u get it???

your "Probably" means you are assuming. and do not stop others from explaining or sharing.

Please calm down friends.@ myluckyprincess, I think abhijeet explained a bit about Australia in some hard words but honestly they stand true. Canada and Australia are not immune to racism and there can be no comparison between these two in this matter. Even if these countries are "racist" , I don't think it makes much difference because we the people from third world countries will keep on coming anyways. So the situation is leave it or take it and we are happy to take it anyways.

Rightly said Harry paaji... I agree I was harsh cause you cant judge a book by its cover...You know it well and I have lived there too...If you behave in a truly civilized manner ( like saying thank you, excuse me and so on) no one dares to be unpleasant to u... I was lucky to manage a team of Aussies under me and no doubt was appreciated at work and not even a single instance of hatred...instead it was competitive !!!
And same goes for any country.... if we are leaving our motherland it becomes our obligation to understand other country's culture and civil society... I am thankful to the almighty for giving me an opportunity to be a part of Canada soon and want to work hard for making my dreams come true...So do I pray for every other immigrant :)

myluckyprincess no hard feelings here :)

+1 for you abhijeet veer. Wish you get all the success in life.

+1 for you myluckyprincess. Your posts are good for a constructive discussion.

Thank you Pippin..... +1 reciprocated for your kind gesture :) :)

Hi All,

Why Canada while Australia is easier?

This question is in my mind since 8 months, and I didn't reach to an answer. I hope to find the answer here, since most of applicants to FSW2013 here can get PR for Australia much easier and faster.

plz post come link and facts how to apply for australia. thanks
