Today I recieved another copy of gcms notes and found following comments from visa officer KF01606.

"PLS DO NOT FINALISE THE CASE.Application is part of a QA", can anyone tell me what it would be (positive sign or negative )Did anyone had these comments earlier .

Im May13th applicant, and still waiting for MR..

haven't done medical yet. planing to do it first week of june.

Am Jan 2014 applicant .my file was sent for second review,i was asked to submit LOE by second VO which i submitted immediately in Feb-2015 since then I didnt get any update.I applied for second GCMS and found above said notes by VO.

Hello congrats on MR request. I'm just wondering if you have sent any additional documents when your file was under secondary review. As I'm waiting over 10 months now for Medicals. Your suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Reason that mine got into 2nd review was vo thought, I hadn't have worked enough full hour weeks.
So I got all pay stubs to prove how many hours that I had work(every two weeks), made excel sheets and sent it to cic. Vo didn't request me to send it but I just sent it to them to make myself feel better.
I am not sure that helped but it showed i had work way enough full hour weeks..

Anyway, it is still up to you to send additional documents. Hope it helped you.

Yes, you can do that. In fact I applied 3 times for BOWP and had no problem in getting it.
Did you order gcms notes to see what is holding your application?

After long wait me and my wife received MR last week. We have done Medicals test today and can't wait for next steps.

Hi guys!!!

Finally I've received MR last week! May 28 to be exact. My timeline is April 7 sent application, AOR received April 29 2014, second review April 29 2015. My issue is I am legally separated and I already proved to them that indeed I am separated to my ex-wife. Also they was in doubt on my duties and responsibilities but I didn't send any letter to them about that because it was clearly stated on my application that I was doing the roles on the NOC I was into. Best of luck to all! Just keep praying and God is surely listening to you
