I hope it happens soon. My file has been put for 2nd review since 14-Aug-2014 and no news yet.
From notes I learnt they needed proof that I worked on IMPLIED status and reason behind IMPLIED status. I submitted all the documents via email.
The subsequent notes does show entries for the new documents but there are no updates on the file from VO.

My medicals sent with application have been cleared and status is PASSED

Hello everyone,

I came across this forum online after an internet search - I too am waiting impatiently for news from CIC about my application.
It's nice to join and read about people going through the longer than expected wait like me, and of the good news when it comes - so thanks for sharing your stories and best of luck to my fellow applicants!

I am still waiting for a medical request. My documents were received late March 2014. I got my AOR on 24 April 2014. I have not heard anything since..

Same here my friend ..i m March 2014 applicant , AOR received Mar 11th , since then no news from CIC , just waiting ...lets hope for the best... Good Luck

Its easy to say don't worry but does not happen that way. I would trust CIC. if you have all correct you will get it soon

Mate even my status is same form November 2013 .and i think there are many ppl in this forum/thread with the same status waiting for some response from CIC. Our day will definitely come , just hold tight and relax

Yes i did contact MP couple if times , same reply Background verification gng on , have to wait .
GCMS says Review required according to teh notes in September 2014 , after that no activity on my file.
