But I wonder what is not so positive? I mean GCMS from my last application was perfect. And I haven't heard anything from them ever since. What makes you say it's not positive? Just because they haven't contacted me yet or what is you indicator?

did you do upfront medical? Received RPRF and PPR?

Since you said that you see "Decision Made" in your ecas without Medical request indicates something wrong with your app.

Again it's a different story if you went for up front Med or had Med in last one year

no I did not have any upfront medical. And also have not received RPRF or PPR? I literally didn't hear anything from them, ever since I received my AOR.

Sorry to say that man..but 99% something went wrong with your case. I do hope it is just a mistake that they made. What did your last GCMS say?

ok if that is the case and something is wrong, why didn't I get an email or anything telling me that my application is refused or what the problem is. It says an officer will contact me. But no one has ever contacted me.

I think you need to ask your local MP to help you contact CIC to find out what is happening. Did you check your email spam folder?

If you were selected from the pool, then you have to withdraw your 1st cec application before applying for the second one.
