I did get my notes today but then have a concern here seniors please help

VO states that my work Exp does not match the NOC and then there is a recommendation of secondd review but then to my notice i have not seen any dates when the second review will complete as I have seen some friends in this forum state that there is a date for completion of second review. Help me guys to check for the date in my notes.

Also if the first VO has stated that the duties does not match the NOC any possibility that the second will say that it matches. Guys just wanna figure out how much hope i can have. More over i applied for my BOWP on 11 nov as of date I have not received it. will this effect it as well. Please advice need help from you guys badly.

I guess you could submit a new supplementary employment letter to explain your duties in detail. My eligibility due date is 1 year after AOR. Good luck!

I got my second GCMS notes today... there is a concern in LOE from both of my Jobs... LOE doesnt have the company address on it :'(
I will send updated LOE from both of my employers asap. Do you guys think i should mail and email them both? just to be on safe side? or just email is fine?

BOWP doesnt affect your Application in any way... they are just a little slow in the processing these days... I got my BOWP after more than a month too. Being holiday season i would say please be patient and you shall get it soon.

Regarding your notes, I think the best idea is to send them an updated letter of employment from your employer which states all the duties under your NOC as well as a few extra.

My GCMs notes show concern that my LOE doesnt have company address. I will be sending them new LOE asap.

Email is best option. I did it in my case and was updated on file

BOWP doesnt affect your Application in any way... they are just a little slow in the processing these days... I got my BOWP after more than a month too. Being holiday season i would say please be patient and you shall get it soon.

now regarding updated letter i have already sent them an updated letter and also i have quite my previous job so cannot go back to the employer to get an updated letter. how about submitting a letter from the current employer as right now i have a full time position. will that work ????

How long will CIC approve your application? Two weeks? I applied for Canadian visa several times, and every time the starting date was from when it approved.

Eligibility passed, applicant met bench mark for work exp. RCMP no reportable trace, Police certificate No reportable trace, No A36concerns,Medicals initiated for all applicants requested docs/Action All medicals generated in GCMS notes, Recommendation: appears to meet requirements.

Hi! I am on the same boat as the original poster Has anyone done this before and were successful?

Is there a form we need to submit along with it as well? and also, do you think we should change the NOC number that better aligns with our responsibility? The letter has to be from the employer?

i am also waiting for my second review, I don't know if I should just take the chance and submit the letter, or wait to hear from the second reviewer.
