Brother, Please apply for GCMS notes physical file where VO put their hand written remarks on your documents. Unlike electronic file which has more like same narrations. I remember one guy in this forum who had applied in either Nov 2012 or Feb 2013 I guess and was facing the same problem. Later he added a lawyer as a paid representative and the lawyer applied for physical files and address the issues. after 18 months he received an email from CPC for updated Schedule A if I am recalling it correct.

Hi Everyone,
My application was sent on June 10th, 2014. Did not receive MR until now. Sad Ordered NOTES at the end of March, and received one month later.
It says: Appears to meet requirements. Recommended to pass.
Notes did not say anything about sending additional documents. Did not mention there will be a 2nd review by the officer. I have not received any email requesting additional documents either. No phones calls were made to the company that I work for.
I talked to my lawyer and he also has no idea what is going on. But he suggested me to send a new RCMP, 2014 T4 and NOA. I mailed the new RCMP today and sent the 2014 T4 & NOA to my lawyer, he will forward this to the case processing centre.
Does anyone has similar situation here? Does anyone know what may happen to my case?

It says that ur eligibility is passed, and ur medical is in progress, which means they already sent u an email for medical. Check for outgoing correspondence section of ur GCMS notes. it will tell u the date and time they initiated ur medicals.

Yes, I am sure. otherwise it shows Medical: not started, but ur medicals are in progress. Just check the outgoing correspondence section. it will tell u the date and time they sent u medical.
Or u can call a doctor approved from CIC and tell them that u lost ur medical email, then they will ask ur passport details and client id and then they will tell u that u can go for medical or not.
and if nothing works then go for upfront medicals, and send ur medical details to CIC, to be safeside

Your notes are generated 1 month back, so the current status of MR request email might be send or in process.
You can go ahead and do upfront medicals or wait for the email of MR request. It's your choice.

Please don't take risk, just go for medical. becoz ur medical is already initiated, but I don't know why u haven't got email. may be there was some technical problem. medical has 30days validity, so don't waste time book appointment for ur medical asap. It will also save ur time and will keep u on safe side.
