Who received ITA using LMO instead of LMIA?

Well.I think you just missed a golden chance of getting ITA in the first round. My buddy got ITA, as he had LMO and now doing his medicals and PCC. CIC won't send someone with out validating the information they provided in the application form. Dont worry, you still have chance .

Agreed...I am guessing that they can review our files once they shortlist in the pool and do a thorough check of the status through their system as they can access Work Permit, Passport Details, more likely The Employer Information you submitted. They can do this easily coz they have the system already in place for the earlier CEC, FSWP, PNP processing. My point is that they would do a random check like few things that we submitted and then they might send out the ITA based on the result. If they tried to play, they will be barred upto 5 years with Misrepresentation.

Note: Canada Immigration is so transparent that they will give you the VISAs but once you were barred even though for upto 5 years they will never issue. One of my friend has asked about his issue while crossing the USA-Canada Border they said that any detail entered in to the System will last until they get the Canadian Passport and will stay forever if not, which might harden chances.

I confirmed with my employer that there is no big difference between the LMO and LMIA as the HRSDC renamed to ESDC. SO, people who had LMO can apply for EE. Good Luck folks!!

Thanks just want to confirm... Btw both lmo and lmia are same.. Thy just renamed lmo to lmia... If u have lmo and job offer of course u will get 600 points because I got it... But doesn't mean u will get ita...I didn't get ita even by having job offer lmo and ielts score... Bec the minimum point was 886 and I have only 750+...
